what is hand stamping?

Often confused with engraving, hand stamping uses steel shanks with a letter or design on one end. I hammer each element one at a time on each piece. They are 100% designed and created by myself and because of this unique process no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. While I do aim for perfection, it is impossible to line everything up by eye so there may be some variation in depth and placement of each letter and design during the stamping process.

what metal do I use?

I use two type of metal. Aluminum & Stainless Steel.
All pieces come with stainless steel findings ie: chain, jump rings/connectors, keyring etc..
Most items in the store are aluminum. This metal is lightweight and tarnish free. This is an affordable way to ensure I can create personalized items for every budget.
I personally wear my mini oval necklace every day and it still looks brand new two years later. I really never take it off!

Stainless Steel will be an option you see for some items. This is a more durable metal yet maintains the tarnish free bonus that aluminum has. Stainless Steel is available in silver, gold & rose gold in most cases and cleans simply with a light polish as well.

how should you care for your jewelry?

Caring for your new pieces is simple. I provide a polishing cloth with each jewelry purchase. Use that to polish your jewelry as needed.
Removing prior to swimming, working out & showering will help keep your pieces looking new!

how long will your order take?

Processing time will vary seasonally! Typically 2-3 days for non peak time custom orders & 5-7 days during the holiday seasons. (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day.. etc).
Please give yourself enough time when ordering!
Shipping upgrades may be available but I can never guarantee shipping times via Canada Post!

why is tracked shipping so expensive?

Unfortunately that it just how much shipping is with Canada Post.
Canadian orders will have a lettermail option it is untracked at your own risk - I will not be able to refund for lost packages. While I strongly suggest you chose tracking I understand that it adds a considerable cost to your order.
Free tracked shipping will always be available on orders over $100CAD.
Please allow up to 7 business days for Canadian orders and up to 10 business days for US orders with tracking. Lettermail untracked can take almost twice as long depending on the distance.
US orders will only ship with a tracking number.
